摘　　要：针对我国外语教师专业发展中存在的问题,需要探讨大学英语青年教师专业发展的有效途径。通过制定保障团队顺利发展的规章制度、课堂教学改革和实施行动研究等一系列措施,临沂大学英语教学团队探索了一条提高我国青年外语教师教学和科研能力自主发展的道路。This paper explores the pattem of teachers＇ professional development in China. It illustrates the specific way to improve young teachers＇ teaching and academic abilities based on the establishment of various regulations and the action research carried out in classroom, and hopes it can put some enlightenment for the young teachers ＇professional development in China.
