导师制度的问题及应对:新制度经济学视角

摘　　要：现行导师制度导致了"只导不师"、"只师不导""、不导不师"现象的存在,这些现象造成了研究生教育质量的下降。从新制度经济学视角审视研究生教育,应采取强制性制度变迁的方式对导师制度进行变革。在导师管理的过程中,引入学生评价、学生科研成果、学生就业等因素,同时对导师队伍实施风险管理,可以使导师制度依赖到一条有利于提高研究生教育质量的正确路径上来。The current tutorial system resulted in such phenomena as ＂tutoring but not a tutor＂ , ＂being a tutor but not tutoring＂, ＂neither tutoring nor a tutor＂, which caused a decline in the quality of graduate education. From the perspective of the neo-institutional economics, we should examine the graduate education and reform the tutorial sys- tem by adopting the way of compulsory institutional change. In the course of tutor management, the evaluation, re- search results and employment of students should be introduced and meanwhile the risk management of tutor team should be made, which can lead to a correct path to improve the quality of graduate education by depending on the tu- torial system.
