摘　　要：目前,高师院校的教育实习面临着对教师教育新要求认识不足、教育实习基地建设存在困难、教育实习指导及质量监控不足等新问题。高师院校应提高对高师教育实习改革的思想认识,保证学生有足够的实习时间,加强实习基地建设,加强实习指导和实习教学质量监控,切实提高高师教育实习效果。Currently, educational praitice of higher normal colleges has many problems in such aspects as the in- adequate understanding of the new requirements for teachers, the difficulty of construction of educational practice bases and lack of educational practice guidance quality control in the educational practice of normal colleges. To solve these problems, normal colleges should improve the understanding of the reform of the practice, ensure that students have enough practice time, strengthen the construction of training base, practical guidance and teaching quality moni- toring, and effectively improve the effects of the practice.
