摘　　要：伯伦知理国家学说传入近代中国经过了一个复杂的过程,梁启超在其中发挥了重要作用。梁启超吸收、借鉴伯伦知理国家学说,并在学说中国化的基础上进行宣传、运用和批判。这一过程反映了近代西方思想传入中国的一般脉络,其中凸显的一些问题值得深思。The dissemination ofJ. K. Bluntschli＇ s State Theory in modern China was a complicated process. Liang Qichao played a significant role in this process. The State Theory was introduced, modified and commented by Liang within a Chinese context. The dissemination of State Theory is an example of the spread of Western thoughts in modern China. Problems involved in this process are worth rethinking.
