摘  要:目的调查常德市售大米中铅污染状况,评价其对人体健康的影响。方法随机采集该市各区县超市和农贸市场出售的大米,用石墨炉原子吸收法检测铅含量,采用健康风险模型评价法对其评价。结果 100份大米中的铅平均值为0.036 mg/kg,均未超过国家卫生标准。结论常德市流通市场大米中铅含量较低,对人体健康威胁较低,不会对暴露人群构成明显的危害。Objective To investigate the contamination status of lead in rice form circulation market in Changde city and evaluate the health risk of rice for the residents. Methods The rice samples were collected randomly from supermarkets and farm produce markets of counties belonging to Changde city and analyzed by GFAAS, then the health risk of lead in rice was evaluated. Results A total of 100 rice samples were tested. The average value of lead in the rice samples was 0.036 mg/kg and the excessive rate was 0%. Conclusion Lead level is low in rice in circulation market of Changde city, with low threat to health of people.
