面向开放式教学的“双师型”师资队伍建设的实践与探索

摘　　要：随着教育教学改革的深入,开放式教学在创新型人才培养中的作用日益彰显,成为各高校,尤其是实验教学重要的教学模式之一。开放式教学对师资队伍的建设无论从数量和质量上都提出了更高的要求。学校人事处在物理实验教学中心进行了"双师型"师资队伍建设的试点工作,对其配套制度和考核等工作进行了大胆尝试,较好地解决了师资力量不足、提高工作效率和工作积极性等问题。With the deepening of educational reform, open teaching, one of key educational methods for colleges and universities, especially for labs, becomes more and more important in innovative talents cultivation. Open teaching puts forward a higher requirement on both quantity and quality of teaching team construction. The Human Resource Office of China University of Geosciences （Beijing） made a pilot on ＂Dual Functional＂ team construction in Physics Lab Educational Centre, having made a bold attempt on its supporting system and performance evaluation, which resolved the problem of insufficient teaching force, and improved the working efficiency and enthusiasm.
