摘　　要：基于我国及安徽省食用菌生产加工概况,分析了安徽省食用菌生产加工存在的问题,并从开发功能性食品及休闲食品等方面对食用菌产业开发进行了展望。Based on the profile of fungus production and processing in China and Anhui province, the problems existing in fungus production and processing in Anhui province were analyzed. Moreover, the future of fungus production and processing was prospected.
