摘　　要：针对心理学专业人才实践能力不足、无法学以致用、无法满足学校对心理健康教师的需要等问题,通过明确培养目标、改革相应的课程体系、建立心理测评、心理咨询、心理活动课程等三大模块课程,并建构课堂、校内、校外的实践模式,以达到培养目标的要求。In order to solve the problems that what the students have leaned in class can＇t be properly used in the practice, that their practical ability is insufficient in psychology and that the need for psychologically-healthy teachers cannot be met, the author tries to offer solutions to these problems by setting up clear cultivating aims, reforming some relevant courses and establishing a mechanism involving psychological tests, consultation and activities. A practical teaching mode combining activities in classroom, outside classroom and those carried out off campus is proposed in an attempt to better cultivate psychological talents.
