摘　　要：青年教师已成为高校教师队伍中的主力军,但关于青年教师的教学能力还存在一些问题。本文根据高校青年教师的现状及实际情况,提出了几点针对青年教师如何快速提高教学能力的方法和注意事项,以供刚参加工作的青年教师参考。这对促进高校教育事业发展有一定的现实意义。Young teachers have become the main force in the university teaching staffs,but some problems about the teaching ability of young teachers still exist.According to the status and actual situation of young teachers in colleges and universities,the writer puts forward some suggestions about how to effectively improve the teaching abilities of young teachers for new teachers.It has a certain practical significance to promote the development of education in colleges and universities.
