摘　　要：通过对国内三套《教育管理学》教材的比较发现,由于编写过程中不同的学科倾向使得三套教材在内容选择、内容组织和内容呈现方式上都存在差别。教师应发挥主观能动性,根据学生实际,结合教材内容充分对教材进行再次加工;并重视案例分析在课程教学中的重要角色,根据教材内容、学生的知识经验和生活体验设计新的案例。Through a comparative study of the three different textbooks named Educational Administration,it is obvious to notice that them are huge differences in content selection, content organization and presentation due to the different subject tendency during the eomplhtion. Teachers should bring out their initiative, reprocess the teaching materials according to students＇ needs as well as the contents of the textbooks, analyze the important role of case study in teaching and finally design new ease study aeeordlng to the teaehlng materials, students＇ knowledge and life experience.
