基 金:国台酒业大曲曲虫综合防治的关键技术研究
摘 要:通过调研茅台镇部分生产企业大曲的虫害现象和人们对曲虫的认识,了解到茅台镇大曲曲虫以蟑螂、咖啡豆象、土耳其扁谷盗为主要种群。关于曲虫的危害,大多数被调查者认为曲虫对生产无影响。归纳已有的曲虫防治措施,针对茅台镇酱香型大曲的生产、使用特点及白酒生产的卫生情况,建议不使用化学方法防治曲虫,提出曲虫的防治应在大曲生产、贮存及用曲等方面入手,结合生物和物理等方法进行综合防治。A survey of Daqu pest and peoples' recognition of pest damage in distilleries in Maotai town showed that the main Daqu pest species in Maotai town included blattodea, araecerus fascieulatus and cryptolestes turcicus, and most respondents thought Daqu pest had no adverse influ- ence on liquor production. In this paper, the existing measure for the prevention of Daqu pest was summed up, in view of the features of the pro- duction of Jiang-flavor Daqu and sanitary conditions in Maotai town, chemical measures was not recommendable and it was put forward that the prevention of Daqu pest should start from Daqu production, Daqu storage, and Daqu use and the combination of biological measures with physical measures was adopted for comprehensive prevention.
