摘　　要：结合江苏今世缘酒业有限公司生产实际,通过计算机控制系统控制白酒生产中的甑桶蒸馏环节,实现生产过程的计算机网络管理。实现生产过程的连续化、智能化,提高生产效率。According to the production practice ofJiangsu Jinshiyuan Liquor Industry Co.Ltd., the computer control system was applied to control the production of liquor distillation process, and realize the computer network management in the production process. It was realized the continu- ous production, the intelligent degree, and in proved the production efficiency.
