摘  要:要帮助师范生养成扎实的语文教师专业素养,必须打通课堂学习与日常生活间的隔断,探索课程学习与专业阅读和言语生活相结合、语文知识能力体系建构与中文专业学习相勾连、语文教科书解读试讲与案例研讨相结合的教学改革行动方案。建构以语文教学基本功训练、语文知识能力体系建构、教师角色认知信心确立为抓手的"语文课程与教学论"教学新范式。In order to help students develop solid language teacher professionalism, teachers must open up a bridge between classroom learning and the habit of learning. A cultivating plan should be made by combining curriculum learn- ing with daily speech, the construction of language knowledge and ability system with the Chinese language learning, in- terpretation of language textbooks with case studies. A new teaching mode of "Chinese language teaching and pedagogy" has been set up on the basis of the basic training in language teaching, the construction of language knowledge and ability system, the cognition and confidence of teachers' role.
