摘  要:高职院校生源质量参差不一、良莠不齐的背景下,学生的英语水平更是相差甚远。原来以班级为单位进行英语教学的传统教学模式愈来愈显现出它的局限性。为适应不同层次学生的学习需求,实现因材施教,提高教学质量,本文探讨了分层教学模式下高职英语教育的有效性的可行方案,以期对高职英语教学改革有所帮助。Xingtai Polytechnic College has adopted the all-round multi-level College English teaching, following the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and dividing each teaching class into two levels because of the freshmen with different English levels. Multi-level teaching embodies the principle of "people-based and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude", which helps mobilize the students' interest in learning, enhance their ability of cross-culture communication and the teaching level of teachers.
