摘　　要：基因工程是高等医学院校生物相关专业重要的基础课程。本文根据自身教学实践经验,对基因工程理论课和实验课的内容设置进行了优化整合,对教学方法进行了改进,以期提高教学效果和质量,促进学生创新能力的培养。Genetic engineering is a main course of biotechnology in medical colleges. Based on several years of teaching experience accumulation, we optimized and integrated the genetic engineering teach- ing content of theory courses and experimental courses, and reformed teaching methods, in order to improve the teaching quality and further promote the cultivation of students＇ innovation ability.
