摘　　要：毕业班是高校在校学生的一个特殊群体,他们处于学习、考研和就业的矛盾之中,一方面必须取得学校规定的学分才能毕业拿到学位,另一方面就业形势的日趋严峻逼迫学生参加各种类型的招聘会和考试,"空巢"现象司空见惯。问题到底出在哪里,该如何处理?学习是本职,就业也无可厚非,两者必须同时兼顾,因此,如何合理的调整毕业班的课程设置,值得研究和思考。graduating class is a special group of college students, they are learning, examination and employment contradiction, on the one hand must obtain credits to the rules of the school to graduate degree, on the other hand, the employment situation is becoming increasingly severe forcing students to attend various types of recruitment and examination, it is quite common for the ＂empty nest＂ phe- nomenon.
