摘　　要：高职专业教学模式改革与创新历来是高职专业建设的重心,应按照"能力本位"的理念和方法,建立能力开发系统,在此基础上进行专业教学模式的改革与创新,通过实施校企合作、工学结合的人才培养过程,保证高职应用型人才的培养规格和质量,提升为区域产业发展服务能力。Training mode reform and innovation play an important role in vocational college. The developing system should be built according to ability standard to realize training mode reform and innovation. The training mode of school - enterprise cooperation with working and studying process can ensure the quality and standard of the talents, it can also promote the service ability for local industries developing.
