摘  要:为了合理开发利用我国桑树资源的药用及保健功能,分别采用高效液相色谱法与比色法测定15个桑品种桑叶中的1一脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)、单宁酸和1-氨基丁酸含量。15个桑品种的桑叶干物质中上述3种活性物质的质量比分别在0.6720—1.2325、5.0983—9.3947、1.4806~3.0793mg/g之间,桑品种乐山花桑桑叶中的DNJ含量最高,百桑775桑叶中的单宁酸、1-氨基丁酸含量最高。检测结果表明,桑叶中富合DNJ、单宁酸、γ-氨基丁酸3种生物活性成分,但不同桑品种桑叶中3种成分的含量存在极显著差异(P〈0.01)。在桑树药用保健成分的产业化开发中,桑品种应作为原材料选择的一个重要因素。To rationally develop and utilize the medical and healthcare functions of mulberry resources, high performance liquid chromatography and colorimetric method were used to determine the contents of 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ), tannic acid and γ-aminobutyric acid (GAB) in leaves of 15 mulberry varieties. Mass ratio of these three active substances in leaves of tested mulberry varieties was 0. 672 0 -1. 232 5, 5. 098 3 N9. 394 7, and 1. 480 6 -3. 079 3 mg/g, respectively. Mulberry variety Leshanhua had the highest content of DNJ, while Baisang 775 had the highest contents of tannic acid and GABA. The above results indicate that mulberry leaves contain rich DNJ, tannic acid and GBA. However, the contents of these three ingredients in different mulberry varieties were significantly different (P 〈0.01 ). Therefore, mulberry variety should be taken as an important factor in selecting raw materials for industrial development of medical and healthcare ingredients from mulberry.
