摘 要:目的评价目标教学管理在手术室临床教学中的应用效果。方法将在手术室实习的72名学生分为两组。对照组按实习大纲要求进行传统教学,试验组采用目标教学管理。结果试验组实习生出科理论测试和操作考核成绩及对带教教师的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在手术室临床教学中采用目标教学管理能让学生更明确学习目标,变被动学习为主动学习,提高教学效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of target teaching management in operating rooms. Methods Seventy-two nursing students in the operating room were divided into two groups. The control group received traditional teaching according to the teaching objectives in practice outline. The experimental group received target teaching management. Results The students' performance in theory test and skills exam,as well as satisfaction with clinical teachers were significantly higher in the experimental group than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Target teaching management can help the students to establish more clear learning objectives and improve the teaching outcomes in operating rooms.
