充分发挥民族院校优势 积极开展民族心理研究

摘　　要：我国的民族心理研究存在明显问题:民族的概念模糊;民族心理学的研究对象不清晰;民族心理的研究方法单一,研究问题缺乏针对性;民族心理的研究人才匮乏,分布分散。上述问题导致我国的民族心理研究发展缓慢。在推动民族心理研究发展方面,民族院校具有明显优势:大多数民族院校地处民族地区,教育对象主要是少数民族学生,许多教师来自于少数民族,具有明显的资源优势;民族院校具有民族学学科,以民族作为研究对象,具有特有的学科优势;民族院校是多元文化的汇聚地,各民族文化交流和融合,具有跨文化心理研究优势。欲发挥民族院校的民族心理研究优势,领导重视是前提,开展校际、校地联合是捷径,将民族学的方法和心理学的方法统合是关键。In the studies on ethnic psychology in China, there are many problems such as 1 ） fuzzy concept of ethnic groups, 2） unclear subjects of studies, 3） limited research method and lack of pertinence, and 4） shortage of researchers. These problems have hindered the development of the research of ethnic psychology in China. In promoting the development of the research, ethnic universities have the following advantages： 1） they have resource advantages, since they are located in ethnic regions, most students are ethnic minorities and many teachers are from ethnic groups; 2） they have academic advantages in making studies on ethnology; and 3） they have advantages in making studies on cross-cultural psychology, since ethnic universities are melting pots of multi-cultures of ethnic groups. To give full play to the advantages of ethnic universities in ethnic psychology studies, leadership attention is the prerequisite, intercollegiate cooperation as well as cooperation between universities and the local governments are the shortcut, and integration of ethnological methodology and psychological methodology is the key.
