摘  要:采用ACE抑制法对诺丽叶的50%乙醇提取物(ethanol extract,50%EE)、水提取物(water extract,WE)、石油醚提取物(petroleum ether extract,PEE)、氯仿提取物(chloroform extract,CE)、乙酸乙酯提取物(ethyl acetate extract,EAE)和正丁醇提取物(n-butanol extract,BE)的降血压活性进行测定;采用α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制法对诺丽叶五种溶剂提取物的降血糖活性进行测定;采用羟基自由基体系和Oyaizu法分别对诺丽叶五种溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性进行测定和比较。结果表明:不同提取物降血压能力和降血糖能力大小依次为EAE>PEE>50%EE;对·OH的抗氧化活性依次为BE>CE>EAE>PEE>WE,而其还原能力强弱顺序依次为BE>EAE>WE>PEE>CE。5种提取物均具有一定的降血压、降血糖和抗氧化活性,随着浓度的增加而提高。The antihypertensive and hypoglycemic activities of ethanol extract (50 %EE), water extract (WE), petroleum ether extract (PEE), chloroform extract (CE), ethyl acetate extract (EAE)and n-butanol extract (BE)of Noni leaves were studied and compared by using ACE inhibition method and ot-glucosidase inhibition method. And the antioxidant activities of water extract, petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract, chloroform extract and n-butanol extract of Noni leaves and Vc were studied and compared by using methods of hydroxyl radical system and Oyaizu. The results showed that the rank of antihypertensive and hypoglycemic activities of different extracts was EAE 〉PEE 〉 50 % EE; the rank of antioxidant activity of them in the hydroxyl radical system were BE 〉 CE 〉 EAE 〉 PEE 〉 WE ; while the order of the reduce ability was BE 〉EAE 〉WE 〉PEE 〉CE. All the five extracts had antihypertensive, hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities, the antioxidant abilities of these extracts increased with increasing their concentrations.
