摘　　要：本研究选取北方工业大学的学生为研究被试,以研究大学生学习动力和学校归属感特点为基础,从提高大学生的学校归属感为切入点,分析了大学生学习动力不足的原因,探讨通过提高学校归属感进而增强学生学习动力的途径和方法.This study selects the students in northern industrial university as research subjects, it＇s based on the study of col- lege students＇ learning motivation and the characteristics ＆the sense of school belonging, from the perspective of improving the sense of school belonging, the article analyzes the causes of college students＇ insufficient learning motivation, discussed the ways and methods to improving the sense of school belonging and to enhance students＇ learning motivation.
