摘  要:基于Abaqus有限元分析软件,建立轮胎规格为255/30R22的三角平衡轮廓轮胎和传统轮廓轮胎的三维有限元模型,研究2种轮胎在稳态侧偏滚动工况下的接地性能和侧偏特性,通过比较研究结果来衡量三角平衡轮廓在侧偏滚动状态下的优劣性,这对设计和优化轮胎轮廓的转弯操纵性能和行驶稳定性以及提高胎面的耐磨性能具有非常重要的意义。Based on Abaqus software, the 3-D finite model of the triangle equilibrium profile tire and traditional tire which were based on the tire specification of 255/30R22 were established, ground performance and cornering characteristics of two tires in steady cornering condition were analyzed. Research results of two tires were compared to measure the advantages and disadvantages of the triangle equilibrium profile tire in steady cornering rolling condition, which were beneficial to design and optimize turn control performance and driving stability of tire profile and improved the tread wear resistance.
