摘　　要：培养学生职业能力是高职教育的核心内容。明确职业能力的内涵、树立正确的职业能力培养观是高职院校有效培养学生职业能力的前提。高职院校可以通过实施项目化课程改革、创新实训基地建设、打造优秀师资队伍、构建实践共同体等路径来有效培养学生的职业能力。Developing students＇vocational ability is the core content of higher vocational education. Understanding the connotation of vocational ability and adopting the correct developing view of vocational ability are the foundation of developing vocational ability. Higher vocational colleges can effectively develop students＇s vocational ability through implementing project course reform, exploring practical base construction, making excellent teachers and building practical community.
