摘  要:就教师职业修养而言",修己"是其发展的内在诉求。这就需要从教师职业特点出发讨论其修养内涵,而不再仅仅是师德规范的简单演绎与应用。教师的职业修养无时不在其日常生活中对学生发生着实实在在的教育影响。学生也正是在活生生的生活情境中体验着教师的职业修养,并"直观"地理解教师所授之业与所传之道。如果细心品味教师的日常生活世界,或许能够看到教师职业生活中更为真实的一面,也能够觉察学校日常生活中充满了沸腾的潜流和教育发生的契机,并拓展理解教师发展的可能视域。In respect to teachers' professional ethics, serf-cultivation is the intrinsic requirement of their development. From that point, we need to discuss their cultivation from teachers' professional characteristic rather than the deduction and application of moral regulations.Teachers' professional ethics has a really profound education-impact on students every momentin daily life. Students in animated real-life situations experience the professional ethics of teachers, and understand in "intuition" the schoolwork and knowledge from teachers.Teachers' daily life is quite powerful considering the fact that we might view a more real aspect of teachers' professional life, also be aware of educational opportunity in school daily life and expand the scope of horizon in the understanding of teachers'professional development.
