摘 要:在中医内科课堂教学中,明确教学整体思路优先于教学过程中的细节和方法设计。采用以知识点为导向的中医内科学课堂教学思路,能有效避免一些常见的教学误区。以知识点为导向的中内课堂教学大致分为3个不同的层次:记忆性知识,以基本概念为主;需要掌握、理解的知识点,以病证的基本病机和证候特点为主;需要了解的知识点,以病证的具体中西医诊疗经验等为主。在明确课堂教学的总体目标后,根据不同知识点,设计不同的教学思路,将教学目标分解、渗透在完整的课堂教学活动中,不仅能让学生扎实掌握中医内科的专业知识,还能帮助学生建立适合中医临床学习的良好方法,提高中医内科学的整体教学质量。In the classroom teaching of Chinese internal medicine, definite teaching thought takes precedence over the detail and methodological designs in teaching process, so the classroom teaching with knowledge points as guide can effectively avoid common teaching misunderstanding. The teaching can be divided into three levels: memory knowledge mainly including basic concepts; knowledge points required to be mastered and understand mainly including basic pathogenesis and characteristics of diseases and syndromes; knowledge points required to be known mainly including therapeutic experiences of Chinese and Western medicine on diseases and syndromes. After determining overall goals, different teaching thinking modes are designed, and teaching objective was decomposed and permeated into the whole process of classroom teaching. The teaching thought can help students to master the specialized knowledge of Chinese internal medicine, establish a good method for learning in clinic, and improve overall teaching quality.
