摘　　要：劳动与社会保障法学是一门实践性很强的法学课程，因此，劳动与社会保障法学课程的教学应更加注重实用性。为提高劳动与社会保障法学课程的教学质量，应采用案例教学、实践教学等多元化的教学方法，注重教学互动，以期实现培养学生运用劳动法与社会保障法理论以及立法规定解决现实问题的实践能力的教学目的。Labor and Social Security Law is a course of great practical-orientation. This trait requires spe- cial attention in terms of practical teaching. In order to improve the teaching efficacy, case-based and practice teaching methods should be introduced and interactive teaching should be reinforced. The teaching objective is to train students＇ ability in solving practical problems using the said law and theories.
