超绿活性茶粉面膜的研制

摘　　要：研制以超绿活性茶粉为功能性添加物的新型面膜产品,结果表明面膜的最佳配方为聚乙烯醇10%,羧甲基纤维素钠4%,甘油1%,UGA-TP 4%。采用此最优配方,所制得的UGA-TP面膜产品茶粉分散均一,呈均匀膏体状,易涂展,肤感清爽、细腻,无明显颗粒感,色泽翠绿,有显著茶香;产品的干燥时间为1 008±12 s,pH值为6.38±0.07。产品不易发生分层、浮油现象,色泽变化较小,具有良好的耐热、耐寒及离心稳定性。New mask product with ultra-green active tea powder （UGA-TP） as functional additives is prepared. Results show that the best formula of the mask is polyvinyl alcohol 10%, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 4%, glycerol 1%, UGA-TP 4%. Based on the optimal formula, the UGA-TP disperses uniformly in the mask. Moreover, the product is well-distributed paste, easy to spread, fresh for feel, fine and smooth, and it has green color and distinct tea aroma. The drying time of UGA-TP mask is 1 008±12 s and the pH value is 6.38±0.07. The mask is not easy to delaminate, the color change is small, and it has good heat resistance, cold resistance and centrifugal stability.
