摘　　要：随着大学英语教学改革的不断深入,大学英语教师面临着许多新情况与新问题,文章从大学英语教师面临的挑战入手,从加强教师职业认同感、提高教师学科教学能力、提升教师科研能力、培养教师创新能力和时代感及开展行动研究等方面提出了大学英语教师应对挑战及专业发展的对策。With the deepening of peared before the College English the College English Teaching Reform, many new situations and problems apteachers. This paper begins from the challenges of the College English teachers and proposes them some countermeasures on how to meet the challenges and obtain professional development. These countermeasures are made from the fields of the reinforcements of teachers＇professional identity, teachers＇teaching ability, teachers＇scientific research ability, teachers＇innovation ability and time sense, and how to carry out action research.
