摘 要:声乐能力对于中小学音乐教师来说十分重要。中小学音乐教师的声乐能力应是一个有机的能力指标体系,它以其声乐演唱能力为基础,以声乐教学能力为核心,以声乐拓展能力为动力,相互支撑,相互促进。在中小学音乐教学实践中,国家对中小学音乐教师的声乐演唱能力提出了较高的职业要求,中小学生对音乐教师的声乐能力有较强的心理需求,中小学校对音乐老师的声乐能力有全面要求。但当前对中小学音乐教师声乐能力的培养现状不尽如人意,表现在,教育行政管理部门对音乐教师的配置重视不够,师范声乐教育存在着较大缺陷,在职进修受到诸多条件的限制。为此,应进一步明确中小学音乐教师声乐能力的评价指标,定期进行培训,为中小学教师创造更多的艺术实践机会,加强教师之间经常性的教研活动等,加强中小学音乐教师声乐能力培养与发展。Vocal music ability is important for music teachers in elementary and secondary schools and it re- quires a target system of ability training which centers on music teaching ability with vocal music singing as a base and the development of vocal music ability as a driving force. In practice, both government and schools have urgent needs to develop music teacherg vocal music ability, and it is also the requirement of many school students. The current situation is that the development of music teacher~ vocal music ability is undesirable duo to insufficient em- ployment of music teachers by educational departments, defects in current music teaching and limitations on music teachers in- service training. This paper points out that it is necessary to establish an explicit target system, to provide regular training for music teachers and to enhance music teaching research activity among teachers.
