摘 要:[目的]比较以实训为中心的教学模式和传统教学模式在《基础护理学》教学中的教学效果。[方法]将2011级6个普通专科护理班护生180人分为两组各90人,对照组采用理论—实训传统教学模式,观察组采用实训—理论—再实训的教学模式。完成教学内容后对两组护生进行操作及理论考核,并发放问卷进行教学效果评价。[结果]观察组理论及操作成绩均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组参与主动性、与教师互动、与同学交流、课堂注意力、课堂气氛、接受知识能力、时间安排合理7个教学效果评价条目得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]以实训为中心的教学模式有利于提高课堂教学效果和教学质量。Objective:To compare the teaching effect between practical training centred teaching model and traditional teaching model in "bacic nursing".Methods:6 nursing classes of Grade 2011 in our college were the object of study,180 cases of nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,90 cases in each.The nursing students in control group adopted the theory-practical traditional teaching model.The practical training-theory-re-practical training teaching model was used for nursing students in experimental group.Operation and theoretical exams were carried out for all students after accomplishing the teaching content.Questionnaires were handed out to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The scores of operation and theoretical exams in experiment group were higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) ;the participation initiative,interact with teachers and communication with classmates,their classroom attention,classroom atmosphere,and ability to receive knowledge and the reasonable schedule,seven entries evaluation of teaching effectiveness were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Practical training centered teaching model is conducive to improve classroom teaching and teaching quality.
