浅析高职院校辅导员的社会实践

摘　　要：社会实践是提升辅导员工作能力与水平的重要途径,它具有目的性、动力性和标准性等特征,对于培养辅导员的工作创新能力、专业胜任能力、人际沟通能力有重要作用,但目前辅导员社会实践存在主动实践比例较低、缺乏社会实践的应届研究生较多、社会实践的时间普遍较短和社会实践内容缺乏系统性等问题,原因在于领导重视不够、辅导员工作任务繁重、实践缺乏指导等方面,因此就需要重视辅导员的社会实践活动、减轻辅导员日常工作压力和加强辅导员社会实践指导。Social practice is an important way to promote the counsellors＇ work ability. It has the characteristics of purpose, motivation and standard and plays an important role in training the counsellors＇ innovation, competence and interpersonal communication. Nevertheless, there exist some problems in the counsellors＇ social practice, i.e. , low rate of initiative practice, large proportion of newly post - graduates working as counsellors, short time for the social practice and lack of system in the contents of practice, etc. The main reasons include the inefficient attention of the leaders, heavy workload, and lack of guidance. Therefore, we should put more em- phasis on the counsellors＇ social practice, reduce their daily work pressure and enhance the guidance for them to carry out the social practice.
