摘  要:分别探讨了盐酸-水溶液、盐酸-丙酮溶液、盐酸-乙醇溶液三种提取溶剂体系对小麦麸皮植酸的提取效果,确定盐酸溶液为最佳提取溶剂;通过单因素试验和响应面实验探讨了提取液的浓度、提取时间、提取温度对小麦麸皮中植酸提取效果的影响。结果表明,当盐酸浓度在0.7~0.9mol/L,提取时间0.7~1.3h,提取温度在26~33℃范围内时,植酸得率可以达到1.20%以上,并且在盐酸浓度0.7mol/L,提取时间1h,提取温度30℃,植酸得率为1.27%。The extraction effects of three kinds of extraction solvent including hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, hydrochlo- ric acid acetone solution and hydrochloric acid ethanol solution on phytic acid in the wheat bran were discussed, and hydrochloric acid solution was determined as extraction solvent; through single factor experiment and response surface experiments, the ex- traction effect of extract concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction of phytie acid in v/heat bran were discussed. The results showed that when the concentration of hydrochloric acid between 0.7~0.9 mol/I., extraction time of 0.7~1.3 h, extraction temperature of 26--33~C, phytic acid yield could reach more than 1. g0%. Under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration 0.7 mol/L, extraction time 1 h, extraction temperature 30~C, the maximum phytic acid yield was 1.27%.
