摘 要:荀子政治哲学建基于其早年学术积累和所处时代之思想、文化、政治、社会境况等因素对其宇宙观、价值观及其思想中各种概念、命题与问题意识的影响之上。按天人之分和性恶论的观念,荀子将建构政治理论的着眼点放于对现实中的人性、政治起源与本质的探讨之上。为解决其预设的各种问题,荀子在重视礼治之价值的同时,继承各种思想资源和自身对现实社会情境的思考,致思于理想秩序的图景,构建出圣王政体。因荀子政治哲学诞生于西周、春秋战国时期的社会基础之上,此种社会与思想资源早已限制了荀子构建政治理论时的视野,致使其学说在未来实践或与其他思想碰撞后必然暴露出在其理论框架下无法解决的诸多问题。Stemming from his early academic accumulation, Xunzi political philosophy was influenced by ideology, culture, politics and social situation at that time. According to the th^ry of distinguishing between heaven and man and the theory of man' s evil nature, Xunzi based his political philosophy on the discussion on human nature in reality and the origin and nature of politics. In order to answer his various preset questions, Xunzi emphasized the value of rule by rites on one hand and made efforts to figure out a picture of the ideal order and the sage regime based on various ideological resources and his thinking on realistic society on the other hand. Xunzi's political philosophy came into being from Western Zhou Dynasty to the Warring States Period. Various social and ideological resources at that time limited Xunzi's vision, and then many problems cannot inevitably be solved in his theoretical framework when Xunzi's doctrine was applied to future practice and came inlo collision with other thoughts.
