高校和研究所联合办学模式下的继续教育创新型人才培养研究——以南京农业大学无锡渔业学院继续教育为例

摘　　要：高校和研究所联合办学是探索培养各类创新人才的重要途径之一。基于南京农业大学与中国水产科学研究院淡水渔业研究中心长期联合办学的实践,分别从高水平的科学研究、影响巨大的国际培训与交流、特殊氛围的校园文化建设、与时俱进的教学计划与课程安排、富有特色的学生管理和党建工作等五个方面,分析了高校和研究所联合办学对继续教育创新人才能力和素质培养的影响,为继续教育创新型人才培养模式的构建提供了借鉴。The joint-operation of universities and research institutions is an important path to the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on the long-term joint operation between Nanjing Agricultural University and Freshwater Fishery Research Center of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, the present paper analyzed the impact of such a joint talent training path of continuing education on the quality of talent training in terms of innovative ability and all-round cultural and professional accomplishment. The analysis was conducted on the five aspects, namely, high caliber scientific research, influential international training and exchange program, special campus culture and atmosphere, teaching syllabus and curriculum that keep pace with the time and characteristic students＇ affair management and party organization construction. Our experience and discussion are expected to throw light on the innovative talent training model for continuing education.
