摘　　要：建立完善的全员育人机制,对于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作具有十分重要的意义。从管理学的视角,通过对大学生思想政治教育全员育人的必要性和高校承载育人功能的系统要素分析,稳定的投入保障机制、明晰的职责分工设计、高效的协调管理机制、科学的评价激励机制和及时的控制调节机制是构建大学生思想政治教育全员参与机制的途径。To establish the mechanism of full participation education is of great significance for the ideological and political education of college students. This paper analyses the necessity of full participation in ideological and political education of college students and the system elements of the educational function played by colleges from the perspective of management, and concludes that the stable input guarantee mechanism, definite responsibility allocation, efficient readjustment mechanism, rational evaluative and incentive system and real-time control and readjustment system are important elements for the construction of the mechanism for full participation of ideological and political education for college students.
