摘　　要：卓越工程师培养计划对高校人才培养提出了新要求。针对一些工科高校培养目标模糊、专业设置无特色、实践教学薄弱等问题,地方院校工科专业的人才培养要明确专业培养目标,专业设置必须有特色;在新形式下,通过更新理念,改革教学体系,改变教学模式,加强校企合作,提高教师实践能力,创新教学方法等来加强学生实践能力的培养。The plan for cultivating outstanding engineers puts forward new requirements for colleges and universities. Yet, there exist some problems in this regard, such as ambiguity of cultivation targets, lack of characteristics in major desig- ning, and weakness of practice-based teaching. It is therefore necessary for local colleges and universities to clarify their tar- gets of professional training and specify the characteristics of their majors. In the new situation, they must update their ideas, reform and change their teaching system and teaching mode, promote college-enterprise cooperation, improve the teachers＇ practical abilities, and innovate teaching methods, so as to enhance the practical abilities of the students.
