摘　　要：学习温家宝同志关于发展职业教育的相关论述,结合研究撰写中国高等职业教育人才培养质量年度报告的实践工作,从学生发展、学校工作、政府责任、服务贡献等四个维度,探索确立科学的高等职业教育质量观。Learning from Wen Jiabao＇s discourse upon vocational education, combined with the practice of drafting the talent quality annual report of Chinese higher vocational education, it has explored to establish some scientific quality concept of higher vocational education from the following four dimensions： development of students, school work, government＇s responsibility, service and contribution.
