摘 要:为准确预测车用柴油机优化升级和正向开发过程中缸孔变形对发动机性能的影响,进行了基于三维非线性有限元接触模型的多场耦合数值分析。根据耦合计算结果,在快速傅立叶变换(FFT)的基础上提出了包括最大有效变形、窜气影响系数εp和拉缸安全系数εn等缸孔变形评价参数,并针对某一机型计算了上述参数值。计算结果表明,应用此参数可以更加准确地预测缸孔变形对窜气、机油消耗率和拉缸等情况的影响。To accurately process of diesel engine upgrading predict the effects of cylinder bore deformation on engine performance in the optimization and forward development, a multi-field coupled numerical analysis is conducted based on three-dimensional nonlinear finite element contact model. Then according to the results of analysis and on the basis of the fast Fourier transform, several evaluation parameters for cylinder bore deformation, including maximum effective deformation, gas blow-by influencing coefficient εp and scuffing safety factor εn are put forward and calculated for a specific engine. The results show that the effects of cylinder bore deformation on gas blowby, lubricating oil consumption and cylinder bore scuffing can be better predicted with these parameters.
