摘　　要：高等学校综合教务管理系统是实现教学管理信息化的重要途径,是促进教务管理规范化的有力保障,是推进教学信息资源共享和传递的有效方式,其主要工作模块包括学籍管理、收费管理、注册管理、选课管理、考务管理、成绩管理、课程管理、教室管理、教材管理、实践教学管理、排课管理和教学评估管理等。高等院校综合教务管理系统的有效运行,应该建立制度,探索信息化管理的长效机制;强化培训,提高教务管理人员的业务素质;加大投入,解决自身个性化发展的整体需求。The application of University Educational Administration System is an important way to the informatization of academic affairs management. It not only guarantees the standardization of academic affairs administration but also provides an effective way to share and pass the teaching resources. The major modules include the managements for student status, charging, registration, course selection, test, score, curriculum, classroom, material, practice teaching, timetabling and teaching assessment. In order to apply University Educational Administration System, colleges and universities should establish a system of information management, explore a long-term mechanism, improve the professional quality of the personnel in charge of academic affairs administration by training and increase inputs to meet the overall demand of student individualized development.
