摘 要:采用二次通用旋转组合设计对罗非鱼鱼鳞脱钙工艺进行优化,以盐酸浓度、超声时间和液料比三个因素进行脱钙优化试验.结果表明:建立的鱼鳞脱钙动态变化模型显著,盐酸浓度、超声时间和液料比三个因素对鱼鳞脱钙率的影响极显著;最优工艺参数为:盐酸浓度为0.8mol.L-1,超声时间为56.82min,液料比为15倍,脱钙率为92.43%.Quadratic general rotary unitized design was used to optimize the decalcification process of fish scale (Tilapia). Three factors of ultrasonic wave time, hydrochloric acid concentration, and liquid ratio were studied. Results showed that the established dynamic model was significant for fish scale decalcification. Ultrasonic wave time, hydrochloric acid concentration, and liquid ratio showed significant impact on the ratio. The optimum were: the concentration was 0.8mol·L-1, decalcification time was 56.82 min and the liquid ratio was 15, and the decalcification ratio reached 92.43%.
