摘　　要：以我国高职院校教师职业能力发展现状和国内外现有理论成果为依据,通过实际调查和理论分析初步构建了高职院校教师职业能力标准体系,为新形势下高职院校教师职业能力的培养与鉴定提供借鉴。An occupational capability standard system for higher vocational college teachers was developed based on a practical investigation on the current situations of teachers＇ occupational capability development and an analysis of the related theories at home and abroad. The study is of referential value for the training and evaluation of teachers＇ occupational capability in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
