摘　　要：工科院校在我国高校中占有相当比重,然而与发达国家相比,我国工科院校培养的高水平工科人才则比例甚小,这直接影响我国制造业的整体水平。针对这一现状,我国积极推动卓越工程师教育。本研究立足于对上海市卓越"工程教育"计划的试点院校进行深入调研,分别从9个方面对"卓越计划"实施以来上海地方高校工程教育的现状及存在的问题进行综合分析,并就卓越工程教育的进一步发展提出了对策和建议。Engineering colleges and universities take a large portion of our country＇s institutions of higher learning. However, in comparison with advanced countries, the number of high-level engineering students turned out by such colleges and universities is rather small, which directly affects the over- all - level of our country＇ s manufacturing industry. To deal with this situation, our country has actively promoted excellent engineering education. Focusing on the pilot colleges and universities for Excellent Engineering Education Program of Shanghai, this study, from nine perspectives, makes a comprehensive analysis of the status quo and problems of engineering education of Shanghai local colleges and universities since the implementation of Excellence Program, and finally comes up with counter-meas- ures and suggestions for further development of excellent engineering education.
