高职院校加强学生创新能力培养模式研究

摘　　要：高职作为我国经济建设一线人才培养的高等教育机构,创新性人才培育是其根本任务。针对高职教育存在课程缺乏针对性、实践教学环节少、教师创新能力不足、创新教育缺少导向性等方面的问题,高职院校应完善学校的考核机制、鼓励师生创新、以创新能力为核心合理设置课程、加大对教师的创新能力培养。As the higher institute of cultivating talents for first -line in economic construction ,HVC bears the fundamental task of cultivating creative talents .T here are some problems in this regard such as ：curriculum lack of pertinence and practical content ,poor in teachers’ innovation and no orientation of innovative education .HVC should improve the evaluation system and encourage the students and teachers ’ innovation .We should also set the curriculum center on innovative skills cultivating and to speed the cultivation of teachers ’ innovative skills .
