摘　　要：当前高职学生的就业能力与现代企业用人需求还有较大的差距,高职院校应不断优化学科结构,走综合型人才培养之路,注重培养学生的沟通能力和自主学习的能力,以提升高职学生的就业能力。There is a noticeable gap between the students’ employment ability and the modern corporations’ needs .Higher vocational schools should optimize the course structure ,cultivate the all -around talents ,and pay special attention to nurture students ’ communication ability and self -study ability so that the students ’ employment ability can be improved .
