摘 要:目的:研制鼻内窥镜术前教育多媒体课件及其临床应用效果。方法:将200例行鼻内窥镜手术的患者随机分为实验组、对照组各100例,实验组用自制的多媒体课件进行术前教育;对照组则采用传统的教育方式,对患者焦虑程度、认知水平、住院患者满意度、术后随访率等方面进行评价。结果:教育后实验组汉密顿焦虑量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.0001);实验组的认知水平明显优于对照组(P<0.001);实验组住院患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义;术后1个月、2个月、3个月的失访率,随着时间的推移,对照组逐月上升,而实验组无明显上升。结论:课件式术前教育可以减轻鼻内窥镜手术患者的焦虑程度、提高患者认知水平、住院患者满意度及术后随访率。Objective: To develop preoperative education multimedia courseware for nasal endoscopy surgery and explore its' clinical application effect. Methods: 200 patients of nasal endoscopy surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (totaled 100 persons), where was used self-made multimedia courseware preoperative education, and the control group (totaled 100 persons), where used traditional teaching methods. Then the level of anxiety, cognitive level, inpatient satisfaction, postoperative follow-up rate were evaluated. Results: The Hamilton Anxiety Scale score of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P 〈0.0001 ). The cognitive level of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P 〈0.001 ). Inpatient satisfaction of experimental group significantly higher than that of the control patients (P〈0.05) with significant difference. The loses visit rate of the control group increased month by month, while the experimental group increased little. Conclusion: Preoperative education with multimedia courseware can reduce the anxiety level of patients of nasal endoscopy surgery and improve patients' cognitive level, inpatient satisfaction and postoperative follow-up rate.
