校企合作实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的探索与思考

摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是目前我国工程教育改革的一项重要举措,对于提高工程创新人才的培养质量有着十分重要的作用。实施"卓越计划"的关键是校企合作实践。本研究通过对大连工业大学包装工程本科专业"卓越计划"实施现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出了校企合作实施"卓越计划"不仅需要政府政策支持,而且要建立企业全面参与的卓越工程创新人才培养体系。本研究提出的思考将对提高工程教育质量具有一定的借鉴意义,并为同类专业实施"卓越计划"提供参考。The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers is an important project for national engineering education reform.The plan plays a significant role in improving innovative engineering talents training quality.The chiefly problem of the implementation of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers is how to practice through school-enterprise cooperation.Therefore,the situation and the problems of the implementation of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers majored in packaging engineering in Dalian Polytechnic University were analyzed in this study.At last,a constructive set of ideas and suggestions were offered,for example the support of national policy and enterprise＇s full participation and so on.It is valuable for improving engineering education quality and provides references for the implementation of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers of those congener specialties.
