摘　　要：科技品质是科学技术活动者人才素质的重要内涵。如何在工科大学生素质教育中强化“科技品质”内涵教育，是工科院校人才培养关注的热点问题，因此有必要对此加以探讨。The qualities of science and technology is the important connotation of activators of science and technology talent. The technology students face on how to strengthen the qualities of science and technology which is a part of quality education connotation to educating, and that is the key topic in universities oersonnel training, so it is necessary to discuss.
