摘　　要：课堂教学是教师职后专业发展的主要途径,即以课立人。以课立人主要包括以课立功、以课立言、以课立德。在这三者之间,课德是一种教育德性,课功、课言则是教育德性的载体和实现路径。Teaching in class is the main path for in-service teachers＇ professional development, that is, educating people through curriculm. Educating people through curriculm mainly includes improving teaching capacity through curriculm, expounding ideas through curriculm and setting vir- tue through curriculm. Among those, class virtue is a kind of education virtue, class capacity and class ideas are the carrier and the way of achieving education morality.
