摘　　要：本文为传统太极拳进人高校，从当今太极拳在群众中的普及，忧及套路驳杂，忧其正宗的传统太极拳有失传的危险；分析了正宗太极拳的四大优势；论述了学生学习太极拳既可以强身，又可以克服网瘾的弊端；进而引申出传统太极拳进入高校教育的深层文化意义。The paper analyses the four advantages of the traditional taijiquan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing on the background that when traditional taijiquan entered colleges and taijiquan has been popu- lariged among the Chinese people, there exists a danger that the traditional taijiquan will lose its original conno- tation. The paper also expounds the advantages that learning taijiquan can not pnly make the students keep fit, but also help them overcome the faults of net addiction. The author finally points out the deep significance of traditional taijiquan entering the colleges.
